Sunset/Sunrise

Hey friends! I gotta tell you something that came up to my mind yesterday: Once I went to an art exhibition I saw this freaking awesome piece of art. I didn't take any photos.. too bad, so I'm gonna discribe it to you.
You came into a dark room, only elucidated by a movie alternately showing a sunrise and a sunset over the ocean. On the opposite wall some old paintings of landscapes were hanging. The light from the sunrise/sunset was reflected in these paintings, so it looked like it was in the early morning or late in the evening on the paintings. And it was nearly like watching a movie looking at the paintings.
So freaking awesome!!!

Can't get this b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l piece of art by Danny Roberts out of my head! This beutiful model combined whith  those amazing colors. If I could draw like that... mmh.. think I'm gonna try to draw with colorpencils instead of a grey pencil henceforward.

The paintings are painted by my grandmom Barbro Johnson. An amazing painter. I think she is my biggest source of inspiration.

The way things go

En video min bror købte på et kuntmuseum i Washington DC. Den er faktisk over en time lang, dette er kun et klip. Minder lidt om noget Storm P kunne have lavet. Filmen er facinerende og kan anbefales!

A video my brother bought in an art museum in Washington DC. It actually lasts an hour or something, so this is only a part of the movie. Reminds me of Storm P. I think the film is facinating and i can recoment it!

Yigal Ozeri

Disse malerier af Yigal Ozeri ville være også være smukke, hvis de blot var fotos, men at de er malet gør dem endnu mere fantastiske. Jeg tror virkelig ikke han kan ikke have malet dem så flotte ved modelopstilling og skiter, han må have taget et billede og kigget efter det. Så en dygtig fotograf og kunstner er han i hvert fald.

These paintings are made by Yigal Ozeri, and would be beautiful just as fotos, but they are painted and that just makes them more amazing. I don't think he can have painted them whithout looking at a foto and just paint it by help from sketches, so he must be a talented photographer and painter.
